- Institutional Status & Purview: Sri Vijayanagar College of Law is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi, and affiliated with Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU), Anantapuramu. The institution operates under the Non-Grant category; therefore, its financial transactions are audited independently by certified Chartered Accountants.
- Mandatory Public Disclosure: All statutory committees, cells, academic program structures, and administrative policies are published openly on the official college website (www.vijayanagarlaw.edu.in) with unrestricted access and no login requirement.
- Application Procedure: Any citizen seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005, may submit a formal application accompanied by a Demand Draft / Postal Order of ₹10.00 drawn in favor of the Principal, Sri Vijayanagar College of Law, sent directly to the Public Information Officer.
